Live in hospitals today

Run the whole hospital from one screen.

From the token at the gate to the bill at the door.

The queue moves. Patients know when.

Live tokens, a time on every slip, a voice that calls the next name.

The doctor speaks.
The prescription writes itself.

Hindi or English. Allergies and dose checked before it prints.

We automate. You elevate.

DB HMS by DB Brothers. Every department in one connected flow.

One patient, one loop

Nobody types the same thing twice.

Reception enters the patient once. The doctor, lab, pharmacy and billing all pick up from there. Hold the button and send a patient around.

Or tap any stop on the loop.

Medicine reminders in the DB Care app

The doctor prescribes. The phone remembers.

The patient opens the prescription in the DB Care app and every dose time is set on their own phone. At each dose it rings with the medicine and the amount, and one tap marks it taken. In Hindi or English.

  • Timed to the prescription: the dose times come from what the doctor wrote.
  • Today's doses on one screen: what is due, what is done, with a Mark taken button for each.
  • Works with no signal: the reminders ring from the phone itself, so nothing depends on a message arriving.
  • Patient in control: switch reminders on or off in the app, no call needed.

Reminders run inside the DB Care app on the patient's phone. The hospital sends nothing and pays nothing per message.

DB Care, the patient app

Every hospital on DB HMS, in one app.

Book a token, watch your turn come up live, read your prescriptions and reports, get medicine reminders, and pay, at any hospital that runs DB HMS.

  • Your family under one number

DB Care for Android, about 58 MB, Android 7 or newer. The download page shows how to install it in four steps. Sign in with the mobile number you give at the hospital.

Patient data, kept like it matters

Your hospital's data stays your hospital's.

Walled off per hospital

The database itself keeps every hospital's records apart, not just the app. Two-step sign-in for staff, and each role sees only its own screens.

Backed up every 6 hours

Encrypted copies, checked after every backup, and a recovery drill every week. Proven to restore, not assumed to.

Built for India's privacy law

A register for every DPDP request: access, correction, erasure and grievance. Medical codes in ICD-10, SNOMED and LOINC. ABDM connection in progress.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

Do we need new computers or a server?

No. DB HMS runs in the browser on the computers and phones you already have. We host it, back it up and keep it updated.

What if the internet goes down?

DB HMS needs the internet, like UPI does. Keep a simple paper token book for outages, and enter those visits once the line is back. A phone hotspot is usually enough to keep the desk running.

Can my staff use it in Hindi?

Yes. Doctors can dictate in Hindi or English, prescriptions print in both, and patient messages go out in the patient's language.

Can we start with only OPD and pharmacy?

Yes. Switch on only what you need. Lab, IPD, OT and the rest can be added any day, with your data already in place.

Who can see our patients' records?

Only your staff, each limited to the screens their role needs. Records are kept apart at the database level, and every privacy request is logged.

Is the hearing test a medical test?

It is a screening on your own earphones, useful to know if you should get checked. A proper hearing test needs an audiologist and a calibrated machine. If the screening shows a problem, we help you book one.
