Who we are
This website is run by DB Brothers, the makers of DB HMS. Questions about your data: neuralasi@dbhms.tech or WhatsApp +91 79037 12958.
This page covers this website only. Records a hospital keeps about you in DB HMS belong to that hospital and are covered by its own privacy notice.
What we keep, and only when you ask
- Demo and sign-up forms: your name, phone, and the hospital details you type, so we can call you.
- Hearing test: the test runs entirely in your browser. Your result reaches us only if you ask for a callback, together with the name, phone and city you give.
- "Help me book" on Find a doctor: your name, phone, city, and your problem in short, so we can help you book.
Every one of these needs you to tick a consent box first. Without it, nothing is sent.
What we do not keep
- Find a doctor: what you type is sent to our AI provider to suggest the right kind of doctor, and is not saved by us.
- Explain my report: the report images are sent to our AI provider to read and explain, and are deleted as soon as the answer comes back. We never store them.
- We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers only your language choice.
Our AI provider
The doctor finder and report explainer use Groq, an AI service whose servers may be outside India. They receive only what you type or upload for that answer, without your name or phone number.
Security and logs
The site is served over HTTPS. Like any web server, ours briefly records the address a request came from, to stop abuse and keep the service running.
How long
We keep a request only while we are helping you. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we clear out old requests at least once a year.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance. Write to neuralasi@dbhms.tech or WhatsApp +91 79037 12958. We reply within 7 working days.
